Julie Kojis

Julie Kojis possesses extensive experience in legal and vendor management, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Waterstone Mortgage Corporation since March 2015. Kojis has held various roles within the legal department, including managing state audits, processing mortgage licensing, reviewing contracts, and utilizing the NMLS and Encompass systems. Prior to this, Kojis operated as an Independent Consultant at Thirty-One Gifts and held leadership positions, including Center Director and Lead Teacher at Mary Linsmeier Schools, with responsibilities ranging from enrollment processing to lesson planning and staff training. Kojis also has a background as an Instructor at Crisis Prevention Institute and a Special Education Teacher at Hartland/Lakeside School District. Educated with a Master's in Education from Viterbo University and a Paralegal Certificate from the Center for Legal Studies, Kojis combines strong legal expertise with a solid foundation in education and instructional practices.
