Dennis Learned Jr

Dennis Learned Jr. has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as Community Manager at Waterton since August 2019, after a progression from Assistant Community Manager in the same organization. Prior roles include Assistant Community Manager at Sherman Residential from February 2013 to August 2019 and temporary positions through AAA Apartment Staffing in late 2012. Dennis also worked as Community Manager at Blue Ridge Property Management and Sherman Residential earlier in their career. The foundational experience began at Bell Partners as Assistant Community Manager from November 2002 to September 2010. Dennis holds a high school diploma from Havelock High School, completed in 1999.
