David Meagher has extensive experience in emergency management and fire service, currently serving as the Training Coordinator for the Department of Fire Services Hazardous Materials Response Team since December 2012. In addition, David has been a Lieutenant with the Watertown Fire Department since January 2000. Educationally, David holds a degree in Business Management and Business Administration from Norwich University, completed an Associate's degree in Fire Science from Middlesex Community College, and graduated from Boston College High School. David also participated in the FEMA Emergency Management Basic Academy, enhancing expertise in emergency response.
