Kenneth Delaney serves as the Captain of the Bureau of Field Operations at the Watertown Police Department since March 2023, after holding the position of Detective Lieutenant. Prior to this role, Kenneth Delaney was a Police Lieutenant from January 2016 to March 2023, and from April 2009 to January 2016, Kenneth Delaney served as a Detective Sergeant and Police Detective, engaging in numerous criminal investigations. Kenneth Delaney holds a Master's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Anna Maria College and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
