Saskia Kaarsgaren

Saskia Kaarsgaren is an experienced strategic policy advisor with a strong background in urban planning and housing. Currently serving as a Strategisch beleidsadviseur at Waterweg Wonen since August 2022, Saskia has previously held the position of Senior beleidsadviseur Wonen at Gemeente Dordrecht from October 2018 to July 2022. Prior roles include Logistics & Operations Manager at Hatenboer-Water Asia Pte. Ltd. and Strategisch beleidsadviseur at Vidomes, in addition to working as a Beleidsadviseur Wonen at Stadsgewest Haaglanden. Saskia obtained a Master of Science in Urban Planning from Delft University of Technology and furthered professional development with a CPIM certification from Visie Partners.
