Alexander McLeod

Alexander McLeod has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alexander is currently the VP Engineering at WaterWipes, starting in September 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Helsinn Group as the Head of Engineering, Capital Projects and Manufacturing Digitalisation from March 2020 to August 2023. Before that, Alexander was the Director of Engineering and Technology Development at Bausch + Lomb from December 2018 to January 2022. Alexander also held the position of Director Engineering, Plant and Equipment Reliability at Multek from December 2012 to September 2018. Alexander's earlier experiences include roles at MSD as a Maintenance, Reliability and Calibration Coach from April 2008 to November 2012, at Intel Corporation as an Equipment and Process Engineering Group Leader from September 2002 to April 2008, at Polaroid Eyewear as a Plant and Facilities Engineer from July 1998 to May 2000, and at Polaroid as a Final Assembly and Packaging Engineer from July 1996 to July 1998. Alexander began their career as a Multi-Skilled Technician at Polaroid from August 1992 to July 1996.

Alexander McLeod has a Master of Science degree in Reliability Engineering and Asset Management from The University of Manchester, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical services and energy management at Technological University Dublin from 2009 to 2011. Furthermore, they hold a HND Mechatronics degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Stow College (Glasgow) from 1996 to 1999. Additionally, they have a HNC Manufacturing Engineering degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Clydebank Technical College, which they obtained from 1992 to 1994, and an ONC Manufacturing engineering degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology/Technician from Clydebank Technical College, which they completed from 1991 to 1992.
