Paul King

Paul King has extensive experience in football development, currently serving as the North Herts Development Manager at Watford Football Club since September 2001. In this role, Paul focuses on building partnerships with local communities and providing various football programs for youth, including player development centers and coach education. As the Academy Manager for the North Herts Academy, Paul oversees 65 young students aged 16 to 19, managing their training and participation in competitive leagues. Additionally, Paul's background includes coaching youth teams and coordinating football activities at the Carterton Town Mini Soccer Centre. Prior to the football sector, Paul worked as a Surveyor and Line Manager at Thames Water, managing a team of surveyors and ensuring quality control on projects. Paul's educational background includes time at Peers School in Littlemore, Oxford.
