Will Smithee

Will Smithee is a proactive professional with experience in the sports and hospitality industries. Currently serving as a Paralegal at Watford Football Club since September 2023, Will's responsibilities include drafting player contracts, transfer agreements, and commercial contracts, as well as managing visas and legal cases. Will also holds a position as Matchday Groundsman at Wembley Stadium and previously worked as a Commercial Partnership Activation Executive, where tasks included supporting partnership sales and orchestrating activation campaigns. Additional work experience spans roles in hospitality, including positions at Fuller's Brewery and The Sportsman, along with earlier work as an instructor at Go Ape. Will is pursuing a degree in Sports Business and Sports Law at UCFB, scheduled to graduate in May 2025, following earlier education at Wisbech Grammar School.
