Alejandro Amigorena

Alejandro Amigorena has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Alejandro currently serves as the Vice President IT - International at Watsco, Inc. and is responsible for implementing digital tools and strategies to enhance customer experience and automate processes. Prior to this, they were the Director of Digital Transformation - International at Watsco, where they designed solutions with Salesforce, MicroStrategy, and other digital tools to improve customer engagement and pricing strategies.

Before working at Watsco, Alejandro held various positions at Gemaire Distributors, including the role of Director of Strategy & Analytics, where they developed corporate pricing strategies and implemented analytics tools to drive data-driven decision making. Alejandro also served as a Regional Sales Manager, handling sales, product, and pricing strategies for a division of Watsco.

Earlier in their career, Alejandro worked at United Technologies as the President of UTIO Japan, and at Pratt & Whitney, where they held roles such as Customer Fleet Director, Sales Director for Strategic Accounts, and Sales Director for Latin America. During their tenure at Pratt & Whitney, they played a key role in sales, launch, and relationship management with airlines and cargo operators.

Alejandro's career also includes a role as Zone Sales Manager and National Accounts at Carrier Corporation, where they focused on expanding the Totaline network and increasing sales of parts and supplies.

Alejandro Amigorena holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Aviation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Alejandro also has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Economics from SUNY Empire State College. In 2019, they completed a course on Machine Learning: From data to decision making at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and another course on Machine Learning at Stanford University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in September 2022 and Certified Analyst from MicroStrategy in June 2020. Alejandro is also a Commercial Pilot certified by the Federal Aviation Administration and Fuerza Aérea Argentina INAC-CIATA.
