Nikolaus Krienke

Nikolaus advises national and international companies on individual and collective employment law and represents clients in employment litigation. He specialises in works council and trade union-related matters, management employment contracts as well as transactions and restructurings. Furthermore, he reviews and drafts contractual employment provisions in M&A transactions.

Nikolaus is a lecturer at the Bucerius Law School, Hamburg. The JUVE Handbook 2017/2018 describes Nikolaus as “very knowledgeable and committed, his sector expertise helped us a great deal in our structural measures” for employment. In the annual rankings by Best Lawyers, Nikolaus is listed among the Best Lawyers in Germany 2019 for ‘Labour and Employment Law’.
