Chris Trujillo

Vice President Chris Trujillo oversees new construction in Watson’s diverse real estate portfolio. With years of experience in industrial, commercial high-rise, R&D, health care, institutional, sports complex, entertainment, high tech, retail, and tilt-up construction, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to every new warehouse, distribution, and industrial facility.

During his career in the real estate industry, Chris has been active in community service. He volunteers his time and vast construction knowledge to several non-profit institutions, schools, and community events.

Chris is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and currently serves as a construction consultant for various schools. He attended California Polytechnic State University, Pomona.
