Erik Kaldor Gri, Srs

Erik Kaldor, GRI, SRS has extensive work experience in various industries. Erik started their career as a Director of Public Relations at Nemours Children's Clinic in Jacksonville, FL from 1994 to 2000, where they developed and implemented public relations strategies and managed media relations. From 2000 to 2007, Erik worked as a Public Affairs Specialist at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL, managing interactions with the media and acting as the primary spokesperson.

In 2007, Erik joined St. Vincent's HealthCare as the Director of Communications, where they developed communication strategies, budgeted, edited, and produced print and online communications for both external and internal audiences. Erik also executed marketing plans and wrote crisis communications plans.

From 2009 to 2010, Erik worked as a consultant in freelance communications, serving clients such as St. Vincent's HealthCare, MD News, Barton Productions, First Coast Oncology, and Ruckus Advertising and Public Relations. Erik produced videos, wrote monthly articles, and handled media relations and management communications.

In 2010, Erik became the Director of Marketing & Public Relations at Orange Park Medical Center, where they developed marketing budgets and plans for hospital service lines, with a focus on growing Emergency Department volume. Erik also executed internal and external communications strategies and edited electronic newsletters.

Erik then transitioned to Medtronic Brain Therapies - Neurosurgery in 2011, working as a Sr. Marketing Communications Specialist until 2017. In this role, they collaborated with product managers to develop strategic marketing tools, led a cross-functional team in developing marketing plans, and conducted training sessions for Medtronic employees.

In 2018, Erik joined LifeQuest Organ Recovery Services as a Hospital Services Coordinator, where they played a key role in coordinating hospital services until 2022.

Most recently, Erik has been working at Watson Realty Corp. since 2017 as a Realtor Sales Associate. Erik has achieved top listing agent and top salesperson recognition during their tenure and completed the Graduate of the Realtor Institute program in 2018.

Erik Kaldor, GRI, SRS completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of North Florida from 1992 to 1994. Erik also holds additional certifications including the Seller Representative Specialist from the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI), obtained in October 2022, and the GRI Graduate Realtor Institute from the National Association of REALTORS®, although the dates of completion for these certifications are not available.
