Bruce Nelligan

Bruce Nelligan has extensive experience in transportation engineering and urban design. Currently serving as President & CEO at Watt Consulting Group since October 2006, Bruce has also held positions as Vice President and Manager of Transportation within the same company. Bruce contributed to the City of Calgary as an Urban Design Review Panel Member from September 2012 to December 2018, where responsibilities included reviewing development applications and assessing urban design issues. Prior experience includes roles as a Network Planning Engineer for The City of Calgary, Transportation Planning Engineer for the City of North Vancouver, Project Engineer for Hamilton Associates, and Principal Collision Investigator at Transport Canada. Bruce Nelligan holds a Master’s degree in Transportation Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Brunswick, complemented by business education from the Haskayne School of Business.
