Diane Christian has a long and varied career in the engineering field. Diane began their career in 1985 as a Documentation Specialist at Philips Respironics. From 1997 to 2000, they worked as a Documentation Specialist/Documentation Supervisor at Siemens (formerly Robicon). Diane then moved to Ericsson (formerly Marconi) as a Documentation Specialist I and II from 2000 to 2004. After that, they worked at Honeywell (formerly Vocollect) as a Documentation Control Supervisor, Documentation Analyst II, and Documentation Specialist from 2004 to 2010. Diane then worked at Philips Respironics as Manager, Configuration Management from 2010 to 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Cadence Inc. as an Operations Specialist. Diane also worked at GE Energy Power Conversion as a Materials Planning and Execution Specialist from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they are working at Watt Fuel Cell Corp. as a QC and Document Control Manager and Sr. Process Engineer. In their role as Sr. Process Engineer, they established the organization's ECR/ECO process, created manufacturing procedures, routers and checklists, created and maintained a master spreadsheet, managed daily Kanban activity, and was responsible for equipment calibration maintenance.
Diane Christian obtained their CMII Certification from the Institute of Configuration Management in June 2003. Diane then attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 2003 to 2008, where they earned their B.S. in Business Management/HR Management with a focus in Business.
