Benjamín Ruiz

Benjamín Ruiz is an experienced journalist and editor, currently serving as the Editor for Cátedra Avícola Latam since April 2021. Ruiz has been a freelance journalist for WATT Global Media since September 2010, contributing to the website WATTPoultry and overseeing the monthly content for the magazine Industria Avícola, along with Spanish content for WATTAgNet.com. Previously, Ruiz held the position of Regional Director at the National Renderers Association from February 1998 to September 1999. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Animal Science (Poultry) from Cornell University and numerous specialized courses in journalism and translation from prestigious institutions, including La Escuela de Periodismo UAM-El País and Universidad Iberoamericana.
