Patricia Montt

Patricia Montt has extensive experience in legal and corporate affairs, currently serving as Gerente Legal y Asuntos Corporativos at Watt's since May 2018 after previously holding roles as Subgerente Legal y Asuntos Corporativos and Abogado de Asuntos Corporativos. Prior to this, Patricia worked at Carey as an Abogada Asociada from August 2016 to February 2018, and at BSVV Barros, Silva, Varela, Vigil from January 2015 to April 2016, where the focus was on corporate and natural resources legal advisory. Earlier experience includes an Abogada Asociada position at Morales y Besa from August 2012 to December 2014, providing legal counsel on corporate and financial matters, including advising banks on local and international financing operations. Patricia holds a Licenciatura en Derecho and a Diplomado en Gobierno Corporativo from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
