Bjerne Leth Pedersen

Bjerne Leth Pedersen has extensive experience in operations and manufacturing management. Bjerne Leth currently holds the position of Director of Operations at both Watts Water Technologies and BLÜCHER A/S. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at DSI Freezing & Handling. Bjerne's earlier roles include Manufacturing Excellence Manager, Operational Excellence Manager, and Operations Manager at Johnson Controls. Bjerne Leth also worked as the Operations Site Manager at Vestas Spare Parts and held various positions, including Production Manager, at Styromatic A/S.

Bjerne Leth Pedersen has a diverse education history. In 2015, they attended the Johnson Controls Academy where they completed a Leadership Edge program focused on business intelligence. Prior to that, in 2011, they obtained a diploma in Business Administration and Management, General from IBC Kolding. In 1993, Bjerne received a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Horsens Handelsskole, and in 1990, they graduated from Horsens Teknikum with a bachelor's degree in Electronics. In addition to their formal education, Bjerne has also obtained a certification in Six Sigma, green belt from Vestas Academy.
