Brian Lugenbeel

Brian Lugenbeel has an extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Brian currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Global Operations at Watts Water Technologies, where they are responsible for overseeing operations across 31 sites with $2B in revenue and 2500 employees. Prior to this role, Brian served as the Vice President of Global Operations for Brunswick Boat Group, where they contributed to the company's global operations strategy.

Brian has also held leadership positions at Apex Tool Group, LLC, where they were the Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain. In this role, they led a team of 800 and was responsible for production, procurement, quality, and supply chain management. Brian successfully implemented inventory planning strategies, resulting in a reduction of $15M in inventory within the first 11 months.

Before joining Apex Tool Group, Brian worked at Ingersoll Rand, where they held various Vice President positions. Brian led manufacturing teams, implemented Lean and Total Productive Maintenance practices, and achieved significant improvements in labor efficiency, productivity, and equipment effectiveness.

Prior to their career in the private sector, Brian served in the US Army as an Infantry Officer and later as a Professor of Military Science at Appalachian State University.

Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in operations, supply chain management, and process improvement.

Brian Lugenbeel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Rio Grande and Rio Grande Community College. Brian has also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Delphi.
