Tj Pearce

TJ Pearce has a strong background in finance and leadership roles. TJ started their career at UTC - Falk Corporation as the CFO and CIO. From 2005 to 2007, they worked at UTC - Sikorsky Aircraft as a Finance Executive, overseeing Operations Finance and supporting major manufacturing sites. In 2007, Pearce became the CFO of Global Security Products at UTC Fire & Security, responsible for financial operations and accounting controls. TJ then joined United Technologies Corporation - Climate, Controls & Security from 2010 to 2014 as a Finance Executive, overseeing the Financial Planning & Analysis function for a $2B+ business. Currently, Pearce is a Senior Vice President of Finance at Watts Water Technologies, leading a global Finance organization and handling various financial responsibilities.

TJ Pearce graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mathematics. Later, in 2004, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Western New England University.
