Ishan Pandya has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ishan started their career at Bharti Airtel as an Officer, where they played a role in arranging and monitoring audio and video conference calls and was involved in the development of web-based conferencing services. Ishan then moved on to Dell International Services as a Sr. Tech Support Associate, responsible for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of operating systems and computer hardware. After that, they joined Molecule IT Hyderabad as a System Admin/BDM, where they handled IT infrastructure for project setups, provided system administration and support, and managed client-related issues. Following this, they worked at Seanergy SoftTech as a Network and IT Admin, focusing on network and IT administration. Ishan then joined Shopping Cart Elite as a Senior Technical Specialist, contributing their expertise in technical matters. Currently, Ishan is working at WATTUM as the Sales Chief of the Indian Region. In this role, they play a vital role in the sales team, providing support to customers through phone and live chat communication and striving for customer satisfaction.
Ishan Pandya pursued their education starting from 1997 to 1999 at Bhartee Vidhya Bhawan Senior Secondary School, where they studied Science. Following that, from 2000 to 2004, they attended Jaipur Engineering College and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering. Later, from 2010 to 2012, Ishan Pandya enrolled in the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies for a PG Distance program in Information Technology. Ishan also obtained certifications in CCNA from Cisco in June 2010 and in CCNP from Cisco in September 2011.
