Alina Peretzman has worked in the customer service industry since 2014. Alina began their career at Turkish Airlines as a Supervisier, where they were responsible for purchasing, rebooking, and refunding airline tickets, as well as resolving problematic issues and teaching new employees. In 2018, they joined A.P. Moller - Maersk as a Customer Service Coordinator and IMO focal, where they interacted with ports, forwarders, and suppliers in Israel, handled shipments, Bills of Lading, and invoices, and conducted inspections of Dangerous Goods shipments. In 2022, they became an Onboarding Specialist at WAVE BL.
Alina Peretzman is currently attending Ruppin Academic Center since 2020. In 2018, they attended Chemic Engineering and Safety Inc. From 2009 to 2015, they attended Dnipropetrovs'kij Nacional'nij Universitet and obtained a Master's degree in Language and literature.
