Philip Hathaway (Bud)

Philip (Bud) Hathaway has over two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as an Optical Engineer at Wave Broadband since March 2000, Philip specializes in DWDM circuit management and previously operated a master headend in the San Francisco Bay Area as a Headend Technician. From 2002 to 2018, Philip contributed as a board member of the Golden Gate Chapter of SCTE. Prior experience includes a role as a Fiber Specialist at TCI Cable, where quality assurance and testing of fiber optics networks were key responsibilities, and a technical position at Viacom, culminating in the role of Technical Trainer at Viacom Cable, where organization and delivery of technical training for field personnel was executed.
