Nyan san Kim

Nyan San Kim has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2013, they started as an intern at the Centre for Economic and Social Development - Myanmar Development Research Institute. In 2014, they worked as an Assistant Auditor at Win Group Audit Firm and also took on a part-time role as an English & Math Teacher at Kings International School. That same year, they joined Myanmar Human Capital Solutions and held positions as an Accountant, Finance and Admin Assistant, and Finance and Admin Associate. From 2016 to 2018, Nyan San worked as a Manager in the Management Office at Ruby Hill Financial Co., Ltd. Nyan San then moved to Impact Terra, where they served as an HR & Admin Manager and later as a Support Functions Manager from 2018 to 2021. Currently, Nyan San is at Wave Money, where they have held roles such as HR Services Operation Manager, Senior Manager, Lead HR Business Partner, and currently serving as the Head of Talent Management.

Nyan San Kim completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Studies from the Liberal Arts Program at the Myanmar Institute of Theology from 2010 to 2015. In addition, from 2011 to 2016, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English from the University of Distance Education. They also briefly attended Humboldt State University in 2013, focusing on Business Administration. They have obtained various certifications, including one in Conflict Management with Emotional Intelligence from Udemy in 2020 and several accounting-related certifications from ACCA and the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry between 2012 and 2014.
