Jackson Prince

Jackson Prince has diverse work experience in various industries. Jackson started their career as a Songwriter, Musician, and Booking Manager for a rock band called Yovth from 2012 to 2014. During this time, they managed scheduling, logistics, and transportation for the band and successfully promoted and sold tickets for various events, including two sold-out shows at the Fox Theater in Boulder, Colorado. Additionally, they conceptualized, wrote, performed, and recorded a 9-track EP.

In 2013, Jackson co-founded Nuance Audioworks, where they served as an Engineer. In this role, they provided artists with a recording experience that allowed for professional quality recordings of performances in unconventional environments. Jackson demonstrated lateral thinking and creative problem-solving skills, delivering professionally mixed audio with an emphasis on High Fidelity and nuanced detail. Jackson worked at Nuance Audioworks until 2015.

As an Internship with HomeVibe Presents in 2015, Jackson promoted concert events and managed stage and sound production. Jackson also arranged and monitored live audio streams of concerts for remote fans. Jackson was responsible for taking concise notes during meetings, documenting discussion topics and decisions reached by leadership.

From 2016 to 2018, Jackson worked as a Public Relations Coordinator at Birdland Records. Jackson cold-contacted music blogs and publications, resulting in features for Birdland artists. Jackson created unique branding and hashtags to cross-promote different artists on social media and launched the "Lyrics Become Life" campaign.

Jackson also worked as a Barista Trainer at The Laughing Goat Cafe from 2016 to 2020. Jackson provided friendly customer service, built genuine and professional relationships with regulars, and managed shipments and back stock of supplies.

In 2014, Jackson worked as a Recording Engineer at Broadway Music Studios. Jackson coordinated schedules for incoming clients, organized their individualized needs, and maintained a positive and creative work environment.

Currently, Jackson Prince works as a Backend Software Engineer at WaveLynx Technologies Corporation, starting in 2021.

Jackson Prince attended App Academy from 2020 to 2021, where they earned a Full Stack Web Dev Certificate with a focus on Full Stack Software Development. Prior to that, they attended the University of Colorado from 2012 to 2015, majoring in Advertising and Media Design, but did not earn a degree from this institution.
