Jessica Chadwick

Jessica Chadwick has a diverse work experience in product management and technical support. Jessica is currently working as a Group Product Manager at Wavelynx since March 2023. Before that, they served as a Senior Product Manager at Slalom from November 2021 to January 2023, where they revamped a financial billing system using Scaled Agile methodologies. Prior to Slalom, Jessica worked as a Product Manager at Cadence Group from November 2020 to February 2022, leading the development of a Government & Security Compliance software from scratch. Jessica also has experience as a Product Manager at HID Global from October 2018 to November 2020, where they modernized out-of-date hardware products and created a SaaS platform with a mobile app. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Systems Product Engineer at SALTO Systems from August 2017 to October 2018, creating blueprints and overseeing the installation of hardware products in buildings. Jessica also completed an internship as an Information Security - Project Management Intern at thyssenkrupp from May 2017 to August 2017, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. Jessica began their professional journey as a Technical Specialist and later an At Home Advisor at Apple from February 2015 to May 2017, providing technical support and troubleshooting for Apple products.

Jessica Chadwick attended Georgia State University, where they pursued an undergraduate degree in Computer Science. After that, they enrolled at Clayton State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Studies with a focus on Business and Computer Science.
