Richard Ying

Richard Ying is a Technical Support Engineer at WaveStar Networks Inc. since February 2023, following a role as a Field Service Technician at Bell in 2021. Prior to this, Richard served as a Network Implementation Specialist at Rogers Communications from 1999 to 2020 and as a Lead Technical Support Engineer at Scientific Atlanta from 1994 to 1998. Richard began their career as an Electrical Engineer at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where Richard worked from 1984 to 1994. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, obtained between 1980 and 1984.
