Spencer Montan has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. In 2010, they were a Teacher Assistant and Orientation Leader at California State University, Northridge, as well as a Treasurer for Deaf CSUNians. In 2011, they were Vice President of Kappa Sigma Fraternity and Vice President of Deaf CSUNians. In 2013, they were an Associate for Worldwide Television Sales and Digital Distribution at Lionsgate and a Human Resources Generalist at ESPN. In 2015, they were a Graduate Assistant for Recreation and Intramurals at Rochester Institute of Technology. In 2016, they were Co-founder and COO at Hz Innovations. In 2017, they were Co-founder at Wivi Technologies. Currently, they are an Associate Director and Project Manager at Rochester Institute of Technology.
Spencer Montan attended Burbank High School from 2005 to 2009. Spencer then went on to California State University, Northridge, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Management in 2013. In 2015, Spencer earned a Master's Degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovative Ventures from Rochester Institute of Technology.
