Andrzej Kuśmierz

Andrzej Kusmierz, Ph.D., is a seasoned entrepreneur and academic with extensive experience in innovation management and business development. As the Founder and Mentor at WAW.ac since 2015, Andrzej leads the Warsaw Accelerator for Technology Startups, facilitating the growth of tech ventures. In addition, Andrzej established and heads the Med INN Foundation, which supports scientists and innovators in transforming ideas into viable business models. Serving as The Wingman for @VISE, Andrzej conducts workshops aimed at equipping inventors and scientists with essential business skills. At Kozminski University, Andrzej holds multiple roles, including Professor Assistant, Head of the Center for Management in Health Sector, and Head of the European Competence Center. Furthermore, Andrzej is actively involved as a mentor and advisor in international acceleration programs, including the Intel Business Challenge. Andrzej's educational background includes a PhD in Management from Kozminski University and a recent program at Stanford University focusing on science management and commercialization.
