Kate Meyer, MPH has held various roles in the field of health policy and communications. Kate is currently serving as the Director of Health Policy at Waxman Strategies since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Health Policy Consultant from August 2020. Kate also has experience as an Interim Executive Director at Girls Gotta Run Foundation (May 2021 to January 2022), a Graduate Intern at the National Council for Mental Wellbeing (January 2021 to May 2021), and a Senior Policy Associate at The EMAA Project (April 2019 to August 2020). Kate has also held positions at CAQH, Planned Parenthood Federation of America, The Brookings Institution, EMILY's List, and the Bipartisan Policy Center.
Kate Meyer, MPH, earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in 2021. Before that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban and Environmental Policy at Occidental College from 2007 to 2011. Kate also participated in a study abroad program in Tanzania in 2010 at the School for International Training.
