Sean Robertson

Sean Robertson has extensive experience in service operations and logistics management, currently serving as the Director of Service Operations at Way Engineering, Ltd. since March 2019. Prior to this role, Sean spent over 23 years in the United States Air Force, where responsibilities included leading logistics and maintenance operations as the Senior Director of Logistics for the 374th Maintenance Group, overseeing 615 personnel and 26 facilities at a key transportation hub in the Pacific region. Sean also held various senior management positions, including overseeing aircraft maintenance for multiple squadrons and managing fleet health for significant military aircraft. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master's degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University.
