Elena Sorescu

Elena Sorescu has worked in various roles since 2006. Elena began their career as a Business Analyst & Training Expert and subsequently held the role of Business Analyst & Process Expert at Operative. In this role, they were responsible for risk management, acting as a business adviser, preparing RCA reports, analyzing market trends, and guiding the implementation teams. Elena also served as Implementation and Support Leader, Software Testing Team Leader, and Help Desk Specialist at Operative. In 2017, they moved to WAY2VAT as Managing Director, where they were responsible for leading the local branch, managing the direction of the branch company, and representing the organization to any public sector.

Elena Sorescu obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University - Faculty of Letters English Language between 2000 and 2004.
