Caroline Denoia

Caroline DeNoia is currently a Senior Associate in Global Product Addition at Wayfair, where Caroline validates project materials, executes merchandising projects, and identifies issues using data-driven analysis. Prior to this role, Caroline gained experience as an Intake Clinician at Michele Shems, DMD, PA and as an Intern at The Center for Grieving Children. Caroline also served as Recruitment Director at Kappa Alpha Theta Headquarters. Caroline holds a Bachelor's degree in Crime, Law, and Social Justice Studies from Miami University.
