Conall Whelan

Conall Whelan is an experienced investment and risk analyst currently employed at Wayflyer since August 2022. Prior to this role, Conall served as the Head of Events for DataSoc, where management of a team of four facilitated the organization of significant events, and co-founded TheStartUpStudio.ie, a platform linking students with businesses for various services. Additional experience includes an internship in the financial advisory division at Mazars in Ireland, focusing on insolvency cases for high-profile clients, and a trading internship at Positive Equity, concentrating on DAX futures contracts. Conall also held leadership positions in the UCD Orienteering Club, successfully increasing membership and organizing events, and gained retail experience through sales roles at Giant Bicycle Canada and ThinkBike. Conall holds a BSc in Economics and Finance from University College Dublin.
