Leah J. Paek is Co-Founder & CEO of Waymakrs. Leah has over four years of experience in research management from their previous position as Research Manager at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group).

At GLG, Leah was responsible for connecting professionals with experts across fields in a compliance framework. Leah managed a team of researchers and analysts who delivered insights to clients in nearly every sector. Leah was instrumental in building GLG’s industry-leading compliance framework that allowed clients to learn in a structured, auditable, and transparent way.

Leah is a graduate of Harvard Business School and has a passion for helping people connect with the right resources to grow their businesses. Leah is excited to be applying their skills and experience to help Waymakrs grow into the leading platform for connecting businesses with the resources they need to succeed.

Leah J. Paek received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yonsei University.
