Daniel McNatt is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in the technology and automotive sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Waymo since February 2017, Daniel McNatt leads recruitment efforts in areas such as Supply Chain and Manufacturing, Safety, Industrial Design, and Hardware Engineering across multiple locations including Mountain View, Detroit, Taiwan, and China. Prior to Waymo, Daniel McNatt held a Technical Recruiter position at Experis, earning recognition as a Circle of Stars Award Winner, and served as a Recruiter at AppleOne Employment Services, achieving two Founder's Club memberships. Daniel McNatt also co-founded Heels4Hire to connect UNC-Chapel Hill students with job opportunities while completing a BA in Peace, War and Defense at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
