Shana Downs

Shana Downs is an experienced professional with a strong background in business development and partnerships. Currently serving as the Strategic Partnership Development Manager at Waymo since September 2022, Shana leads the business development efforts for Waymo One and Waymo Via. Previously, Shana held the position of Vice President at the Kettering/GMI Alumni Association after three years as Chair of the Student Recruitment committee. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Business Development & Partnerships at May Mobility, Market Manager for Bikes & Scooters at Lyft, and Senior Business Development Manager at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Shana's foundational experience includes engineering roles at General Motors and Magna International. Shana holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
