Stephanie Tozer

Stephanie Tozer is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and supply chain management. Currently serving as Team Lead for Mapping Operations at Waymo since May 2018, Stephanie leads the team responsible for the mapping infrastructure used in self-driving cars. Previously, Stephanie held the position of Senior Director of Operations at Zenefits, overseeing benefits product operations and implementing strategic projects to enhance efficiency and customer growth. Stephanie's career also includes roles at Google, Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics, McKinsey & Company, and Amgen Inc., where responsibilities spanned global infrastructure planning, supply chain strategy, and operational excellence. Stephanie holds an MBA and an MS in Chemical Engineering from MIT Sloan School of Management and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, respectively, along with a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
