Douglas Francavilla

Douglas Francavilla is currently employed at Wayne Brothers Companies since May 2015, holding various titles such as Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Engineer. Douglas has a degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. At Wayne Brothers, Douglas primarily focuses on drawing management, communication with suppliers and superintendents, and quality assurance and control management. Douglas is also responsible for creating and implementing quality programs, conducting training sessions, and promoting the core values of Wayne Brothers Companies.
