W. Michael Hardin (Mike)

W. Michael (Mike) Hardin is an experienced professional in market development and sales, currently serving as the Global Market Development Leader at Wayne Fueling Systems since June 2014. In this role, Mike focuses on globalizing, streamlining, and simplifying customer interaction processes and tools, while ensuring the successful implementation of key customer programs across various regions. Previously, Mike held similar leadership positions at Wayne, a GE Energy Business, and Dresser Wayne, and has a background in market planning, analysis, distribution sales, marketing, and engineering. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Penn State University.
