Shannon Hsu has extensive experience in customer service management, currently serving as Customer Service Manager National Recon Lead and previously as West Division Customer Service Manager at Waypoint since January 2012. Prior to this role, Shannon worked at Food Sales West, Inc. from 1994 to December 2011, holding the position of Credit / Customer Service Manager. Educationally, Shannon earned a degree from the College of Business and Economics at Cal State Fullerton, completing studies between 1994 and 2000.
