Jennifer Crawford, PhD has a diverse work experience in research and academics. Jennifer currently holds the position of Director Data Analytics and Health Information Management at Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care. Prior to this role, they served as the Manager of Research and Academics and eventually became the Director of Research and Academics. Jennifer has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Ontario Tech University and the University of Regina. Additionally, they have served as a Research Scientist at the Saskatchewan Health Authority and as a Research Coordinator and Physical Activity Consultant at the University of Alberta. Jennifer has also contributed as a Sessional Instructor at the University of Alberta and the University of Regina.
Jennifer Crawford, PhD, completed their education with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Health Psychology from the University of Alberta in the years 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Wilfrid Laurier University from 2010 to 2012. Jennifer also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Wilfrid Laurier University, which they completed from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, they have certifications in Workplace Mental Health Leadership from Queen's University, Healthcare Analytics from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, Pre and Post Natal Fitness Specialist from the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP), and Certified Personal Trainer from CSEP SCPE.
