Jeff Kowieski

Jeff Kowieski is a partner and the general counsel for Wipfli LLP. He is a member of the firm’s senior leadership team with responsibility for the firm’s legal and risk management functions.

Jeff has previously served as Wipfli’s chief operating officer and as a member of the firm’s board of directors. His practice background is in the tax arena, focused on high-value transactional structuring matters, including M&A transaction structuring, entity planning, and estate and business succession planning. Prior to joining Wipfli, Jeff practiced law with a prominent Wisconsin law firm.

In addition to being a lawyer, Jeff is proud to be a CPA and a well-known and active leader in several groups which serve the profession’s leadership. He is a board member or trustee for several philanthropic organizations.
