Brenden Walsh

Brenden Walsh, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience. Brenden is currently a Partner at Navacord, starting in January 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles at Waypoint Insurance, including Senior Vice President of Operations from July 2020, and Vice President of Operations from June 2020 to July 2023. Before that, they worked at RSA, where they served as the Director of Sales and Distribution from July 2016 to June 2020. Brenden also worked as a Strategic Advisor in the Western Region from March 2015 to July 2016 and as the National Sales Operations Leader from December 2013 to March 2015. Additionally, they were an Operations Analyst in Sales and Distribution at Economical Insurance from April 2012 to December 2013.

Brenden Walsh, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Strategic Management & Consulting from UBC Sauder School of Business, which they obtained in 2018. Prior to their MBA, Brenden completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & Economics at The University of British Columbia in 2012.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Brenden has also obtained several certifications. In December 2020, they received a Level 2 General Insurance License from the Insurance Council of BC. Brenden also completed the Director Development Academy offered by The Ivey Academy - Executive Education - Ivey Business School in January 2020. Moreover, in November 2013, Brenden obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from McGill University - Desautels Faculty of Management.
