Susan Lam has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the real estate and architecture industries. Susan started their career as a Junior Architect at Robert A.M. Stern Architects in February 2005. Susan then worked as a Project Architect at Dine Murphy Wood from June to December 2005. Subsequently, Susan joined Perkins Eastman as a Project Manager/Architect in December 2005 and worked there till June 2011. Susan pursued their MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University from June 2011 to May 2012. Following their studies, they interned at Ninigret Realty Capital as an Acquisition & Development Intern from October 2011 to May 2012. Susan then joined Inland American Communities Group, Inc. as a Development Manager in July 2012 and held the role up until June 2016. Currently, Susan is working as the Vice President of Development Management at Waypoint Residential, a position they have held since June 2016.
Susan Lam has a Master of Science in Real Estate Development, which they obtained from Columbia University in 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University in 2004. In addition to their degrees, Susan has received certifications including AIA from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, LEED AP Homes from USGBC, and LEED Accredited Professional from the US Green Building Council.
