Danese Rexroad, MSN, FNP-C

Danese Rexroad, MSN, FNP-C has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and organizations. Danese began their career in 2006 at Memorial Hermann Hospital System, where they served as an OR Charge Nurse until 2016. In 2016, they joined MSN, FNP-C as a Nurse Practitioner. Currently, Danese is working at WAYS2WELL, where they hold the position of Director of Clinical Operations and also serves as a Nurse Practitioner. Their contributions and expertise in these roles have provided their with a strong foundation in the healthcare industry.

Danese Rexroad completed their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Lamar University from 1997 to 2001. Later, from 2012 to 2016, they attended Chamberlain University to obtain their Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on Family Practice Nurse/Nursing.
