Brian Hufnagel

Brian Hufnagel is a seasoned professional in the field of electrical engineering and camera technologies, currently serving as Camera Lead at Wayve since November 2022. Previously, Brian held roles such as Camera Engineer at Nuro and Automated Driving Advanced Sensing Camera Lead at General Motors, where strategic camera development and technology recommendations were key responsibilities. Brian also contributed as a Senior Systems Engineer at HARMAN International, where integration of software-based camera systems led to a pending patent, and as an Electrical Design Engineer at Casco Products, focusing on innovative sensor solutions. Earlier experience includes positions at Intevac and the University of Michigan, where a strong foundation in electrical design and research was established.
