Prashanth Dhurjati

Prashanth Dhurjati is a Senior Safety Engineer at Wayve since July 2022, previously holding the same title at Applus+ IDIADA from 2008 to June 2022. Prashanth's extensive experience includes leading safety analysis and defining safety requirements for Level 4 autonomous vehicles, managing functional safety projects for commercial truck platooning, and overseeing the development of advanced driver-assistance systems for various OEMs. Prashanth has also contributed to several European projects focused on electrical powertrain safety and vehicle integration. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Automotive Engineering from the Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile and a Nano Degree in Self Driving Car Engineering from Udacity.
