Bea Schofield is the current Director of Customer Success at Wazoku. Bea has extensive experience in customer success management, having worked in the field for over eight years. Prior to their current position, they were a User Success Analyst at Import.io, a customer success manager at Aidbuilder, and a customer success analyst at Kusiri Ltd. In their previous role at Import.io, they were responsible for extracting, transforming, and providing insights on data from the web. At Aidbuilder, they provided customized fundraising software to NGOs and Political Parties across the Nordics. In their role at Kusiri Ltd, they were responsible for providing analysis and support to customers.
Bea Schofield has a strategic innovation degree from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford. Bea also has an MSc in African Studies from the University of Oxford, and a BA in Art Bea'story from the University of Leeds. Bea also attended St Mary's School Shaftesbury.
