Anthony Faruna

Anthony Faruna has a diverse work experience in the field of IT security and analysis. Anthony is currently working as an IT Security Engineer at Wazuh, Inc. starting from July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Cyber Security Risk Analyst at Access Bank Plc from September 2021 to June 2022.

Anthony also worked at First Bank of Nigeria Ltd. in multiple roles. Anthony served as a Network and System Security Engineer from July 2019 to January 2022, where they were responsible for various security tasks such as network security, endpoint security, vulnerability assessments, and compliance management. Anthony also briefly worked as a Business Solution and Implementation Officer at the same company for a couple of months in 2019.

Before joining First Bank of Nigeria, Anthony gained experience as a Customer Service Executive from December 2017 to March 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Computer Security and Forensic Analyst during their National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program at the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission from June 2016 to April 2017. In this role, they focused on digital device evidence analysis, security assessments, and system maintenance.

Anthony started their career as an IT Analyst at the Federal University of Technology Minna in 2014, where they gained foundational IT skills.
