Buz Sorce

Buz Sorce has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Buz most recently worked as a Program Manager at Serco starting in 2021. Prior to that, they held the same role at Whitney, Bradley & Brown (WBB) starting in 2020. Before transitioning into program management, Buz served in the United States Navy in various roles from 1996 to 2011. These positions included Commanding Officer of USS COWPENS (CG63), Executive Assistant to the Chief of Naval Personnel Command, and Surface Warfare Officer Community Manager. Buz's work experience also includes roles at Leidos and Lockheed Martin Corp. Overall, Buz has a background in program management and military leadership.

Buz Sorce attended the United States Naval Academy from 1977 to 1981, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Ocean Engineering. Following their undergraduate studies, Buz Sorce went on to the U.S. Naval War College for their Masters degree in National Security and Strategic Studies.
